WARNING!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!Do not recommend this service. Wrong replacement screen and over price.I took my Oppo R15 pro to get a screen replacement. First I was quoted $180-$200. I went to all other repair places in the area to see the cost which averaged $215. Decided to go with these people. While my phone was being repair received a call stating the customer service rep quoted me the wrong model (even though the paperwork stated the correct model) and cost went up to $250.When I went to pick the phone up I noticed the screen was not the right size (too short). They sent it back to be checked. I received a call stating the Australian Oppo screen is larger than suppliers screens. After research I found this to be incorrect. All this model in other countries were the same dimensions. When I confronted the guy at the shop he continued to tell me this lie and offered a $20 discount still costing me $15 over the price everywhere else.DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

Got my phone screen repaired today and I’m so pleased, even my volume has gone back to normal. Thank you so much!

Cheap products and poor customer serviceI bought a screen protector from their store in fountain Gate. The staff placed a faulty and cracked one. I returned back to them within minutes. They refused to even talk about it. I found them so rude and Dodgy with their faulty products. Never recommended

I dont usually trust repair shops since i had pretty bad experience on fixing my broken phone previously. However since apple refused to warranty my broken iphone i had no choice but to go to a third party repairer.The staff at mobile essentials fountain gate was great on helping me understand what the situation is and what would be replaced/repaired to return my broken phone into working condition.All he needed was 30 mins, went for quick lunch and done by the time i got back.Been using it for almost a month now and no issues. Great experience on the repair job. Thank you

The worst service ever, damaged my screen while placing a screen protector and refusing to fix it.Don’t get anything from them. 1 minute he denying that they damaged it the other minute saying you put pressure on the girl there while she is placing it and she damaged it.

DO NOT GO TO THIS REPAIR SHOP..They sold me an expensive case for my iPhone and reassured me it’s the best one, it should keep my phone safe in case of a call..When my phone just fell the one time with the case on it only to realise the case chipped and also my phone broke..I went back to tell them about it, and they did nothing about the un authenticity of their product…I have never had this issue in the past with my other cases but the moment I bought one from them my phone is in bad shape.I repeat DONT TRUST THEIR PRODUCTS, THEY ARE FAKE!
