Bistro wasn't open, but shared a delicious chicken pizza al fresco. Nice country pub with well priced wine and friendly service.

Good food, good prices, beer on tap. Gf options available, not coeliac friendly though. Dry grilled fish but parmys alright. Fast service.

Rooms were clean. Coffee, tea & milk provided. Bed was comfy. Queen bed & single bed in the room. Rooms & pub not wheelchair friendly, beer garden is an open area. Bookings needed for the restaurant. Food reasonable prices. Good size meals. Staff friendly.

Amazing place and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The service was quick and always served with a smile and a quick chat. I was blown away at my meal as it was honestly the best prawn fettuccine I’ve had in a long time. If you’re looking for a great and affordable lunch or dinner this is the place to stop at!

We booked the last bench seat table outside a week ago. When we turned up a family had just taken our table. They refused to move and the tavern staff declined to move them. A female staff member actually said What do you expect me to do about it?" We won't be back!"

Food and customer service need to improve.Well, with new management, the customer service has improved greatly (they actually want to sell you their services and be happy about it) and the food quality has improved. We had a Steak burger (&20 + fries) and the rib eye was cooked perfectly. For what we had it was done well. After a 12 month hiatus we will now be able to sample more often.
