The Original PC Doctor

I am extremely happy with the service provided by Edwin. He was punctual. He explained options to me, looking for the most economical to suit my needs for my home PC. He also explained what he was doing as he went, then again once completed. He was able to move 50GB from my hard drive which saved my the cost of buying a bigger hard drive (thus a lot of money for me). Highly recommend this company, especially as they were able to come 4 hrs after I contacted them.

Paul and the PC Doctor were fantastic. They could not solve my problem but it was a software issue and I am certain they did everything in their power to help. They really went above and beyond which is so very rare in today's world. They are Professional, on time, fast, highly knowledgeable and really lovely people to deal with. They even work around your schedule if you need them to and do after hours calls. I am glad I found them and I have no hesitation in recommending these guys for computer issues. Only great experiences.

They were prompt in responding to my query and organized a technician to visit me the next day. Technician Paul was so helpful and he managed to solve the issue I had with my computer. Would recommend them.

Upon my recent return from an interstate break, I discovered I had the blue screen of death on my computer. I contacted The PC Doctor and upon their prompt response I saw their technician Edwin" arrive to fix it. Edwin is such a nice guy to talk too and although he had to take the computer away

I am so disappointed and unhappy about these guys. I spent 240$ just to hear that I have to spend another 100$ for a further assessment and no less than 600 / 800$ for a repair of a small port. Honest people would assess the problem and give you a quote before billing you. I did not try to repair the computer myself. I explained to the technician that Dell performed repairs in the past.

The Original PC Doctor, were pretty prompt in their service delivery. Very professional, probably too professional (more on that soon). The technician came and was pretty quick in dealing with the issue and was happy to leave when I had realised I could take care of the problem myself, based on his advice. It's a $90 call out fee and then $40 every 15mins after their arrival. At no point did I think the technician was trying to take their time to over charge me.The reason I gave 3 stars instead of 5, is due in part to the relentless emails and texts the admin send you. I get that they're trying to ensure the service was satisfactory, but it's honestly a rediculous amount. Add to this, the fact that they charge a $35 deposit incase I cancel before the tech can come out"

I had a fantastic experience with the team at PC Doctor. They keep you informed thru the whole process AND they don't try to sell you or upgrade you for unnecessary products. I have the pleasure of Paul come out to site, let me know what was wrong (I kind of knew because the fan was making more noise than me!) and one day later he had the part and was back out to site and fixed it. No downtime for me which was perfect. Highly recommend these guys, will definitely use them again.
