My bathroom basin was badly stained. Craig came and did a brilliant job and it now looks like new. I was very impressed with his helpfulness and honesty. A good company to deal with. Recommended.

Very happy with our refreshed wall tiles! Daniel did a great job. We had a minor issue with some missing sealant and Bathroom Werx sent someone straight out to fix it up. Thank you team

Very professional in their approach to completing the work. I never felt that I was going to get an average job. Actually, the white was not our original colour, but we decided to ask the representative what he thought. Best decision ever, my wife is really happy. Woohoo.Thank youMaster Paul MitchellUnited Taekwondo

please do not use this company. the paint on the walls started to peel within 1 year and also on the bathtub. Its still under warranty but they have cancelled the repair work due not having enough staff they say. I lost a very good tenant owing to the fact that she was sick of bathroom werx having to come out and fix the original job. I am waiting to have them come and fix it again but I am not having any luck.

I made an appointment with this company to come to my house and give us a quote. They said they were too busy so the appointment was made at a day and time they chose. The following week I get a text, late in the afternoon, a day before the appointment telling me the appointment had to be changed for a later time. I called and was treated very poorly on the phone, a very rude receptionist, who never apologized for wasting a week of our time and then changing the appointment at the last minute. We had rearranged appointments to fit them in for theirs at a day and time of their convenience, and the receptionist absolutely deflected all responsibility and never once apologized. I ended up calling back and cancelling as I found someone else, who was more professional.

Poor quality and poor service.Quite disappointed with Bathroom Werx – have had issues from the day the work was completed (in Sep 2018) I notified them immediately (the day of) as the bathroom tiles were cracked & bleeding and the grout was not sealed – hence this had to be fixed. Booked quality control for 3 October– cancelled by company and then re-scheduled to 16 October – NA again then booked for 11 December (4 months after the issues with the original work reported). NA again booked for 22 January. Actual work to fix the original issues not undertaken until 7 March (5 and a half months after issues first reported)Issues again with the quality reported on 22 Feb 2022 (see attached pics, enamel is peeling off and the tiles are becoming yellow and stained – even though I only clean them with the product they supplied me with - noting the house was not even in used during lockdown for 18 months)I was advised that there are no technicians servicing the area available for 3 months – hence booked for 30 May. Again, late last week I contacted customer service to re-confirm the appointment only to be told I now need to wait until 27 July, another 2 months – which is beyond a joke – that is FIVE MONTHS since I reported the issue, I am ready to take the matter further as I know there are staff shortages but having to wait 5 months to fix issues dating back from the original work not being undertaken to standard is absurd, whilst the peeling of the enamel gets worse. Even though it is supposed to be a 7 year warranty, I am told that the scraping it is chargeable, so only half of the issues are covered.Do yourself a favour and spend a little more and get new tiles placed – I am angry with myself that this not what I did in the first instance, back in 2018.Ivana DResponse to reply from owner:Thanks for the responseJust to confirm as per my original review, the work was completed on 14 Sep 2018 and I notified customer service as soon as Darren (the technician) left on the SAME DAY that it was of poor quality, sending pictures of the cracked and bleeding tiles and where the enamel was not applied correctly (which was confirmed by a quality control on-site inspection by Gary on 11 December (noting again, that I had to wait 3 months just for the inspection and it was due to no availability of technicians that that it took the company 5 months (7 March 2019) to come and rectify the presented from the day the works were completed. Hence, to state that “you returned to address the issues I had been experiencing at no charge to me even though some of the repairs were not covered under warranty (e.g silicone replacement)” is nonfactual. As to re-iterate again, these “issues” were presented to you from the very FIRST DATE of the original works and backed by the quality control inspection as any silicone replacement was due to it never being sealed properly from day 1 of supposed completion. The peeling of the enamel off the tiles which is the major concern I am waiting to be resolved, has been confirmed as being under warranty, so regardless waiting 5 months for a technician to service this is still quite unacceptable. There is no point in calling customer service to discuss the issue further, as I am the one constantly following up anyway. I look forward to having the matter settled on the re-booked date of 27 July as I continue to patiently wait for the work to be completed. Thanks in advanceIvana D

Bathroomwerx resurfaced my 50 year old pressed steel bath tub. The final product was better than new.The service from this company was exceptional. On reporting to them what I thought was a problem, they promptly sent out a person to check my concern. It proved to not be a problem at all.I thoroughly recommend this company for bringing old bathrooms back to life.Thank you.

We have recently used this bathroom werx for the second time to repair chips within our bathroom sink, and I have to say, I am once again thoroughly impressed with their work. Their team is extremely professional and knowledgeable, and they were able to quickly and efficiently repair our sink. What I appreciate most about this bathroom werx is their attention to detail and their commitment to providing excellent customer service. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, their team made sure that I was completely satisfied with the work they had done previously and again this time.Overall, I highly recommend this bathroom werx to anyone in need of sink repair or any other bathroom renovation services. Their prices are fair, their work is top-notch, and their customer service is truly outstanding. Thank you once again!

Bathroom Werx - Bathroom Resurfacing Melbourne
We employed Bathroom Werx (or what we thought was Bathroom Werx) to resurface the shower cubicle and bath in our investment property. It seemed like a good solution and much cheaper than ripping out the stained bath or retiling the shower cubicle. Unfortunately the coating started to lift off with a couple of years. Our real estate agent got a quote from Bathroom Werx to re-do the coating for around $2100. However since the work was covered by a seven year warranty I contacted them and asked them to repair the work under warranty. They refused because apparently the work was done by a franchisee. I called the franchisee and he is out of business. Went back to Bathroom Werx and they refused to honour the warranty and suggested if we wanted to pursue it we could take them to VCAT. Since I did not have the time or money to sue them over $2000 worth of work, I then got the agent to get them to quote again on repairing their work. Now their quote was $6000. As a result I strongly recommend that you think twice before going ahead with this company. It seems like a cost effective way to freshen up tired bathroom surfaces. However from our experience they don't stand behind their warranty

From the minute I contacted Bathroom Werx, the staff were very informative and knowledgeable about the product. They were very thorough and they went above and beyond with their customer service, trying to satisfy all my specific needs and requests. The technician that resurfaced my shower base was punctual and very professional, clean, and did an excellent job. Communication with their office staff was key to the great customer service I received and I would not hesitate in recommending them for shower or bath resurfacing. It was definitely money well spent.
