Favourite supermarket to shop at. Brilliant plant based options all round especially comparing it to Woolworths or Aldi. Staff are very helpful if you have any questions. The meat lady that does reductions was 10/10, helpful and brilliant personality, made the shop even better. Free Wi-Fi is always super handy and store is immaculate.

I was in the store on 26/12/2022 was served by Jacky on the checkout. Well I wouldn't say she was rude to start with but I can clearly see frustration on her face when my Coles online digital voucher wasn't scanning properly on her system. Well is it my fault??? No!!!!! Dear if you are frustrated take it on your management as customer is not at fault here.

Roast chickens from this Coles are so overcooked. It simply falls to yucky pieces if you try to cut a piece. Stuffing tastes awful! Don't they know how to cook chickens?

Coles Kilmore was OK for a small Coles in a small country town, staff are very friendly and polite and the place was relatively clean just had a bit of a wait at the checkouts but other than that was a good experience. Shelves were relatively well stocked and everything was where it should be. Produce was all fresh and had a great deli department
