Saw the luggage pieces I wanted, but decided not to purchase due the poor level of customer service. Attentive but arrogant. Not good enough. Went elsewhere.

I purchased a suitcase (not a cheap one either) and after 2 uses the wheel and its casing cracked and also the front received a massive split in it. I took it back under the warranty" to be told that they will replace the wheel only as the cracked casing is because of baggage handlers. The split and the crack in the casing is not covered under warranty. It is my understanding that you purchase a suitcase for travel which 99% of the time go through baggage handlers. It was my understanding that the product should be able to with stand baggage handling! Absolutely disgusted and will never purchase from Strandbags again. Price of the suitcase was $175"

Great place for all types of bag needs from handbags to luggage. I went there and purchased a lovely small bag I had been looking for which fits my phone and wallet (also purchased from Strandbags) The store manager was very friendly and her customer service was excellent. I have now purchased several bags from there and have had a great experience each time.
