Great job done and Unit left in good condition. Only concern was that after heavy rain, water was unable to seep out the weep hole as it is too high.Perhaps needs to be lower. Supervisor alerted to this who explained that this is how the modules are prepared. Surely something can be done.

Lance, Daniel and the team were a pleasure to deal with. For a project as large as this we were pleasantly surprised with how smooth things ran, how stealthily they got around the place and how they conducted themselves whilst here at Pacific Regis. Windowline's care and attention to protecting an individual owner's unit was second to none (inspected a property undergoing a windows/doors project by a competitor and was horrified). Will be sad to see the team leave. Highly recommend Windowline to any building about to award a tender for their doors/windows project.

The man who installed the window did a fine job.The only problem is that he installed the window without ensuring that the internal glass is clean.Because I have a double glass window, now I have dirty glass inside installed for life of the window, as there is no access to clean it up.

What a great company to deal with. A one-off job on the balcony on a very high floor was handled expertly by both the installation consultant Daniel as well as the installer Rodney with backup from Lance. Emma was the height of efficiency handling our phone calls, payments etc. A pleasure to deal with Windowline. Highly recommended.
