David was absolutely awesome to deal with, he was super helpful and did everything I wanted in a super short time frame. Was over the moon when he was super helpful when I came back wanting my transmission pushed even harder. Highly recommend him for all your automatic transmission needs, his prices are very fair and his turn around time is ridiculously good.

Had an issue with my 4x4 and called him up after ringing around trying to get someone to have a look at my car a save answered the call no dramas professional, honest, realisble and trust worthy with alot of Good informative information that some mechanics would not tell you if your looking for a genuine mechanic then look no further brought my car in and had it back in 2 days no mucking around or banging around the Bush David gets the job done thanks mate keep up the awesome work!

These guys are legit awesome had them diagnose a problem with my MN Triton which they found was the transmission very professional great customer service I was surprised at the level of experience Miki and the team really was helpful and I haven't had any issues at all with my transmission sinceI highly recommend this company if your looking for the job to be done right the first time!!great value for your money!!

My thanks go out to David and his team at First Class Automatics. I thought for sure that I was finally in need of a new car when my transmission wouldn't allow me to go over 40km/h. I looked and asked around for nearly 2 months and couldn't find anyone that could help but I was told to give these guys a fair go.When I spoke to David he assured me that he could do the job without a hassle and sure enough I had my car on the road within 2 days and I didn't have to sell an arm and leg to pay for the fantastic services.I will be taking my car here for anything that I need done in the future and I will recommend First Class Automatics to anyone needing outstanding customer and vehicle service.

Popped in for a quick evaluation of a really annoying issue on a BT50 auto transmission.David took time out of his way-too-busy morning to test drive the vehicle and recommended some inexpensive first steps to try and diagnose and possibly sort the problem out..... and refused payment!!!He knows his stuff and it looks like we have had some luck by doing what he's suggested.Most auto transmission shops would have straight for the throat gone with a few thousand dollars worth of potentially unnecessary 'overhaul' straight away.Top bloke. Support him.We'll be back.

I had this company do a transmission swap over in my van,The person I was dealing with name is David.I agreed for him to find me a second hand gear box an with in a hour or two he ring me back saying he found me a gear box in NSW with very low k'sHe's also told me that there ways not many gear box around with low k's (120,00 k's) for a 2002 Chrysler voyage.Then he goes on to say if I wanted to go ahead with the job it would cost me $4000-$4500I said to him that was find and payed a $1000 deposit to say work.The next day I ring David to ask him what the price was for the second hand gear box, he said of the top of his head it was around $2600So I asked him why he would purchase such an expansive gear box when I wasAble to find second hand gear box for $1000-$1600 plus postage with k's just as low as the one he found me. He response to me was that was the best deal out there.The next day I stopped by the work shop to see David and show him a listOf second hand gear boxes I had found but they told me he's was not available.8 days later I want in to pay for my vehicle and was hit with a $4000 bill.$2500 for gear box. If you have a look online you won't find a 2002 Chrysler voyage second hand gear box even close to the price I was charged.I feel David could have done a better job in help me rather thenExploiting me for my money.An this is why I'm giving you a 1 star rating.

When my gearbox milkshaked" i was referred here by Harts. When i found out the extent of the problem and the cost involved I thought i would have to wreck out my car But David talked to me about my options. They were quite happy to fit parts I supplied and to do it within a budget that i could afford. Thanx for your kindness mate"
