worst customer service by one of the staff members here. Every single time without fail she is rude, doesn't smile and speaks down to me like I am an inconvenience. All I wanted to do was post something and she made me feel awful...yet again. I was in a good mood till that experience.

The service was great by staff, my only issue was with delivery driver who did not leave parcel although instructions were to leave at front door in front of CCTV camera.I had to go into branch to collect. I really don't understand this.

I have recently moved to the area and have had to use this Post Office. It has been an experience to see a community service such a disgrace to the word service" and in fact they would not know what the word actually means. The staff there are so miserable and you feel like you are just adding to the misery by being served. Curly dark haired staff member is so rude and and it is sad to see someone so unhappy in their job. I will use another post office to avoid this one. Come on people pick up your attitude people do notice!!!!"

This is the worst Post Office. They are rude and make it as difficult as possible to pick up a parcel. Dark haired women who has been there for years have never seen her smile or friendly just always rude. Get out of the job if you hate it that much

Just Like to say thanks to the staff today for helping us with our Land title paper work could not have done a better job so polite to us and the other customers its a real credit to them should be on $100 an hour being so busy

Was recently here to take 3x passport photos and lodge 3x child passport applications. Daniela, Jeanette and Maria all played their parts in various processes and provided efficient, pragmatic and friendly service. Very impressed !

I have been dealing with Diamond Creek Post Office for the past seven years and have experienced nothing but the highest quality, friendly and courteous service. They always take the time to ensure that you dont pay 'overs' and at the same time your parcel is packaged in the safest way possible. Especially during Covid, they were there to help accommodate all our needs and always with a smile on their face - which would have have a been a very difficult period for them to keep running the business.

Happy with all Post office, but this one ( DIamond Creek). Just because they are franchised, they make up their own procedure/ policy in order to maximise their profit. I have my own business, as a result I use my business post, where I can save some money, whenever I send parcels out.First of all, they have provided miss leading information, stating that my business post doesn’t save you money, it will work out same as pre-paid post.Secondly, they insist me to pay FULL PRICE for parcel post satchel, despite I have “my business post”. Otherwise, no service will be provided.This issue, has been escalated to the area manager.Thirdly, very poor customer service, they always look down at me, like I am owing them money.Definitely won’t recommend.
