Item was advertised buy one get one free. I bought 2 bigger bottles and 2 smaller bottles. However when I brought it to the counter, I was charged, the 2nd item is 50% off. When I ask the lady to refund and put it in 2 transactions, she wasn’t happy. Waited for 15mins and was told they couldn’t refund as it is a computer glitch and to come back. Guess I’m never going back again. Really bad attitude/customer service

Poor service.If you want “FREE” gift wrapping, you should just wait until all the other customers are served and leave the shop even the customers who come in after you pay.I asked her to give us refund, she said not able to refund and it’s because I just changed my mind. She sarcastically asked me if I would change it to another product. What I wanted to get a refund for was the worst service and her attitude. She said “it’s freeeee service” and started wrapping. She hummed with smiles and began packing very slowly. It was so obvious she was trying to screw up my mood.I believe free wrapping service in HOUSE is one of her duty not an option. They should train the lady about service mind.I spent money, time here and very up set.

Luckily I was not stung by the group here, instead I got some honey from them. I was looking for a product online from their website which is at a lower price when compared to the actual items displayed in the shop.I queried the staff and to my delight, they matched the price as per shown on the website. Feeling great I bought 4 sets of the item and walk away feeling good. It's about the customer experience.

Well done Chris!Two recent visits, served by the manager Chris each time. I bought an excellent fry pan on stocktaking discount and he gave me a lot of useful advice about the best cooking oils and cleaning. Today I wanted a citrus juicer. None in the store, but Chris went out and came back with a perfect one which I paid for there.I also wanted a coffee bean grinder - again none in the store, but Chrs suggested one, showed it to me online, and told me where I could get one. I had it an hour later.The service here is worth 6 stars

Love coming here. I have bought many many items from here on sale. Cookware works great. Knox fry pans are pricey but great quality. I even sent one over seas to family who couldn't get one locally. Damaged a new pot in my set and their online support was amazing. Same day response and a replacement pot within a week. Great service. Sales are always cheap.

Chris from the Cannington Store was brilliant. He helped me on the phone, talked through the product, got out the measuring tape and walk me through how it would work by seeing the product online and then when I popped in to buy it, was again just as outstanding, knowledgeable and ready to go the extra mile. He was exceptional. Thank you
