I don’t know that I can do justice to Jackie and her Feel Better Institute in this short review. Her health programs, courses and challenges are so easy to follow and designed to improve the quality of life, both physically and mentally. My family and I have benefited so much from them.Her podcast ‘Feel Better Now with Jackie Bowker ‘ is an absolute gem too. Always so interesting, informative and entertaining. Jackie has so much amazing positive energy, it’s truly contagious and very uplifting. She is a wonderfully skilled health practitioner with loads of experience, and this, combined with some fantastic guests, makes for excellent listening.Thanks Jackie!!

My husband and I started working with Jackie in January 2018 and the protocol she created for us, guided by what our bodies were craving, literally changed our body shapes, stopped snoring and congestion, found and solved gut issues we didn’t know existed and changed the way we thought about food, nutrition and supplements.
