La Mamma Baby Massage

I hosted a class at home for three babies ranging from newborn to 8 months and could not have been happier with the experience. Each massage stroke was clearly demonstrated and explained and options given for different situations. Krystle was so knowledgeable and happy to answer all sorts of questions and what-ifs that three mamas threw her way. As the mum of a non-unicorn sleeper, I love the idea that massage is a relaxing and calming sensory experience we can include in bedtime ritual ... every little bit helps. It was also a lovely way to connect with my baby when he's feeling unwell or irritable (hello teeth!!)I highly recommend learning baby massage with La Mamma - there is such a miracle in the language of touch and all parents would benefit.

Krystle was absolutely wonderful, so informative and a wonderfully hand on course. My 2 month old bub absolutely loved it and we've been practicing daily massages since. I attended a weekend class with my 12wk old baby and fiance. We learnt all the benefits and different techniques of baby massage. Highly recommend Krystle and her classes for any expecting or new mums. I use baby massage on bubs every second day and noticed she sleeps a little longer those days too!
