We went there to purchase a boot just today. We asked if they had a different colour. We turned around to look at other colours as well and the worker sighs very loudly at us. We found it rude and turned to leave and the guys says stuff behind us and we could hear it. We turned back to ask if he was saying it to us and he laughs and goes thank you have a nice day, please leave out store without any apologies. I think its very unfair from the perspective of the customer. Given that we spending a good amount of money we have the right to take at least 10mins to pick the right one. Just because you are tired doesn’t mean you sigh and frown on customers. Doesn’t even deserve a star. Also while going thru the review you made a claim of running the store for 20+years, another one saying 25+years yet last year u stated you’ve been running it for 29years. Unless somehow you traveled back like 5-10years it’s not possible. So which one is it?
