Hoon is the BEST! I have thick, coarse long hair and Hoon is so meticulous and always cuts it really well. The salon is cosy and stylishly fitted out. Hoon focuses on one client at a time so you get his full attention and don’t feel like you’re being rushed through. Highly recommend!!

Highly recommended salon and you’ll love the result! Hoon is extremely attentive and asked detailed questions about the cut I wanted and what features I liked about the photos I showed him from the photos. Hoon will also answered the many questions I had with regards to my hair. Super happy with the result and experience! Definitely the best salon experience I’ve ever had!

A great salon! As a professional Makeup Artist and Beauty Editor I do have met many hairdressers, yet Ze Flamant Rose is outstanding. I was interested in the green beauty products and Emilie was so knowledgeable. The atmosphere is very relaxing although I went in for hair colour, I felt as if I spent a day in the spa. The customer service was great. Emilie really listened to my ideas and concerns and took time for a consultation prior to colouring. Most importantly: I left super happy, with shiny hair and a stunning hair colour. Thank you!

Found Serendipity on Instagram and having great reviews on Google. I did a highlight balayage with Hoon and it was an amazing experience. Hoon is meticulous, caring and professional. I can feel his service comes from years of experience. He paid attention to the details and knew what work and what couldn't. I will be moving abroad but hopefully one day will get a chance to get my hair done with Hoon again.

This was the most positive, relaxing and informative hair salon I have ever visited! I wanted a complete different style, and have very fine hair that had been falling out a lot after a bad home dye job. I didn't end up getting the style I had in mind, but Rachel was FANTASTIC because she spent a good 20 minutes explaining why that style wouldn't work on my hair. She is SUPER knowledgeable and really cares about the customer getting both what they want and what will work for them. The prices are expensive, but it is totally worth it for the amazing service and knowledgeable staff! Bonuses include getting to lie down for your shampoo and head massage, and I was the only customer in the intimate and relaxing salon! Plus, the end product far exceeded what I thought was possible. I came out with hair that hasn't looked this healthy and thick in years! I also love that all the products are organic and the salon has eco cred, which is not forced on customers and the staff don't shove it down your throat". They are safe

By far the best hair dresser I’ve been to! Initially I wasn’t confident as I had bad experience at different salons. However, Hoon was very attentive, asked detailed questions and explained in depth to achieve the style I wanted, and kept checking on if I was satisfied with the process. This would definitely be my go-to salon from now on. Highly recommended and you wouldn’t leave the place unsatisfied.
