Outstanding honest old school service. Went in there with a problem with my chainsaw/bar that I wasn't sure they could help me with. And I received honest advice, asked me what my budget was, and gave me options. I left there totally satisfied with their honesty and help. Can't thank them enough. No one asked if I would like assistance for a good 5 minutes.I understand that you're attending to others but it would be nice to be acknowledged with a 'I'll be with you shortly ' would have been nice.So I walked out. Thanks
