So It's been a three months since I moved to my new place and all these three months my internet keeps getting disconnect after 8pm and it sucks specially when you want to call someone from other country. Around midnight my internet is just almost out of function from this issue. Also the ping is that much high that you have no chance to play any online games such as Dota2 or LoL or many others....

Absolutely the worst internet provider ever. Being a grad student I have no time to deal with your inconsistent connections, terrible speeds when connected etc etc. When I try to contact support all they can say is 'I can't help you because I dont have your information at hand'. What's the point of support then? Just TERRIBLE.
