Athletic Republic are exceptional at what they do! Their junior athlete development is second to none, with highly knowledgeable trainers and amazing development programs. Fantastic Gym run by exceptional hands on owners Rod & Jodie. All Trainers are highly skilled and able to run detailed training to your specific needs. Whether it is high level training for a specific sport or just general fitness they know what they are doing. A friendly clean and well run Gym we are thrilled to have found and will continue to use. Keep up the good work and we highly recommend them for your needs! Whether its classes, gym or personal training they have something to assist everyone! Very satisfied!

My son joined the ‘acceleration ignition’ program 3 months ago. I am happy with the professionalism of the staff, the focus on technique, and progress he is making.I would highly recommend Athletic Republic as either a stand-alone kids all-round sports development program, or to complement an existing sport (such as soccer etc).

Fantastic gym, great choice of classes and frequent group challenges for extra motivation. The the owners and trainers are so knowledgeable and encouraging.Classes are kept as small numbers which I feel gives a more focused training session and personalised advice.Had great support through my recent pregnancy.

Jodie & Rod run an excellent and friendly gym. Our sons spent 8 months with a personalised training program designed by Connor, a highly qualified trainer to complement their soccer playing. We found that the boys' strength, agility, balance and fitness improved greatly during this time and he was a positive mentor for the boys. We highly recommend AR!

Such an amazing gym and environment to train in. Top quality equipment and indoor basketball court is always a bonus. Never have to wait around for any equipment. Definitely would recommend this gym to anyone. Love it!!!
