I have had 4 of the LED facia treatments so far. I get them fortnightly. My skin is so much fresher, clearer... I love the facial and the hand and foot massage that comes with it. Mackenzie is amazing…I look forward to my fortnightly visits so much. I suggest buying the pack of 6 treatments…ENJOY!!

The team at Hawthorne Beauty Room always go above and beyond to make sure you have a fabulous pamper session… even if it’s just a eyebrow wax.I’ve been using them for over 3 years now and won’t go anywhere else (have been elsewhere for a facial and came right back to the Hawthorne angels).Charlotte has created a relaxing environment where ever client feels like a friend.

Cannot recommend the amazing team at Hawthorne Beauty Room highly enough! They were so helpful and professional when I visited to have my eyebrows done and a fake tan ahead of my wedding. I hadn't had a fake tan before and they showed so much care, providing information to prepare and following up afterwards to check on the tan's progress and after care. The results for both services were on point and will definitely be back!

I had my Brazilian waxing appointment and it was probably the worst experience I ever had. The lady who did my waxing maybe is still learning. She couldn’t ripen the wax off at once and she ripped it from the bottom to top and it hurt more than ever. When I went home and check over it was not even waxed properly at all. However, the reception lady from New Zealand is very friendly and welcoming.

The most wonderful team of attentive, caring and client focused women!! My skin has improved out of sight with the help of the team. Their advice is always personally tailored and they always go the extra mile to allow you to relax and unwind. I am very pleased with my treatment, Emily was great explaining every step of the process clearly and kindly. Performed a test patch to make sure my skin could handle the process, then the day of the treatment it was quick and comfortable. And the best thing is that I was able to use my points for this treatment. Very happy with the result. Thank you!

If I could give 50 stars I would. I've been coming to Hawthorne Beauty Room since it first opened and have had always had the best service. Everyone who works here is very experienced, really lovely and SO knowledgeable. Not only are the in room treatments amazing but they always send you home with any at home care advice you need. I'm really not sure what I do without them and particularly their owner Charlotte.

I love my frequent treatments at HBR and look forward to taking this time out for myself while being pampered by Emily. She really cares about her clients and does a wonderful job making sure you’re relaxed while also receiving an effective treatment.
