I took my Grand Cherokee here a few weeks ago for a radiator change and I found out after driving off with it that the front bumper was loose and after having my husband look at it he found that there were missing screws! And even if we bought the right screws they broke parts anyway while they where operating on the car. And when I took it back to have it fixed they refused to cover the costs that THEY had damaged! Also when putting in the new radiator, they did not let the air out through the pipes which will cause timing issues with water supply to the engine. ANOTHER THING I needed to fix after their service". Do not risk your car with these people there has been a change in ownership in the past few months and the new owner does not know half as much about cars. To top it off the owner insisted that I was pressuring him because it took three weeks to get my car back on the road and said I shouldn't have "dumped my car on them". He's a mechanic! Who else would I dump my car on when it breaks down?! Definitely not them!"

Unfortunately my car broke down on me on the way to work so I rang the people at ProMech up to help me out. They were able to help me organise a tow truck and being the Ford experts sorted out my gas issue and had me Running the same day. My bill came in well under and I was extremely satisfied. Top job

They squeezed me in for a roadworthy certificate on their last day before Christmas. I’m extremely grateful as it meant the purchaser got the car for Xmas. They were friendly, professional and it was completed really quickly. Thanks so much

These guys helped me to get my car road worthied and registered. Since then they service my car and maintain it. Always letting me know what's needed and troubleshooting. Affordable and they do not take advantage of anyone. These guys are the best.

I have used Promech Automotive for numerous cars. For general servicing ,brakes and transmissions, suspensions as well as RWC certificates. Each time they were fast professional and courteous at a very good price. I would have no problems recommending them to any one who is looking for a good and honest mechanic.

Swearing and being rude complaining about my car being dirty even through I had 30 minutes to get there for a rwc and it is a brand new car pretty much and even had things missing out of it would not recommend this mechanic

Knowledgeable and honest , reasonable priced . Will do their best to accommodate when you need your car by a particular time.

Took my nav in for a service the other day and was extremely impressed with the service and care they took with my car. Had the car back on the same day and would highly recomend these mechanics to go to, easy to deal with and upfront about what needs to be done. 10/10 happily take my car back again

I've been taking my car to Promech for nearly 3 years and always been impressed by their great customer service, helpful advice, excellent work and they are very reasonably priced. Wouldn't think of going somewhere else! These guys are honest and do a great job.
