Called into shop this morning and received great help and advice from Henri and also had a chat with Stephanie re our dogs. Much to our amazement and pleasure they allowed us to have our 13 year old poodle come and sit inside.It was a really nice experience dealing with such lovely people.

The new store is amazing, the layout and presentation and selection is second to none, not to mention the 5 star service as the staff are full of energy ideas and suggestions. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Stephanie had lots of helpful suggestions. She was patient and efficient. We didn’t feel pressed to buy or make immediate decisions. The prices here are very competitive. We would recommend considering The Tile Collective when looking for tiles.
