Billie had a lovely stay at the resort. It was only for a night and day but he is a shy older dog who is with us all the time. I was so happy to see he mixed with other dogs, ate different food and coped really well. Lovely ladies willing to give lots of cuddles as well helped him feel comfortable. We will be back in the future and would highly recommend the Pet Resort near Berrima to everyone!

Ted absolutely loves coming here. If I need to go away it’s nice knowing he is safe and well looked after. And he is happy to be there. Would highly recommend to anyone. I also love the report card, it’s a sweet touch

Our pet dog Mango really enjoyed his time at the resort. We had done both long stay and short stay and could not be happier with the care and services provided. Mango's always happy to go there and in his happy and healthy self when we picked him up. Highly recommended.

It was fine. Check in was easy and service was very friendly.Very expensive considering you need to pay extra to have your dog sleep in a kennel on their own (I mean, I wouldn’t want to stay in a strange place with a stranger?) and although our dog was only there for under 48 hours, we still had to pay the full 3 days. I believe this is industry standard I don’t agree with it.They also weren’t able to give us any details about his stay. Other than he didn’t like his bath and they “couldn’t find him a friend to play with.”Probably wouldn’t go with them unless we really needed to. Hopefully they improve as their facility looks very nice from the outside.

Such a great experience for our fur babies.We chose a presidential package which included extra playtimes and 'pupdates' of our pets where we received photos and updates on how our babies were enjoying their holiday while we were enjoying ours.Pricing was very reasonable considering they were providing our babies with premium royal canin food as a standard practice. They also calculate their prices per calendar day which was actually super helpful because we were able to drop the babies off as soon as they opened on our way to the airport and we had plenty of time to cruise home in holiday mode before collecting them in the afternoon.We actually booked a tour prior to booking our pets in so we could view the facilities and it was just what we needed to convince us. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and answered all of our questions and of course, we had plenty, being that it was our first time boarding our pets. But they were so helpful at easing any concers we had. The dog rooms are much more spacious than we expected and the cat rooms were so large and luxurious. Our cats were treated like the royalty they are. We almost wanted to stay there ourselves. We noticed all the dogs rooms were set up with beds and blankets and plenty of water. It looked like such a fun place and our pets came home just as pampered and happy as we did.We cannot recommend this place enough!!

We had previously taken our pup Millie to Pet Resorts in Dural (which were fantastic) after a recommendation from a friend so were happy to take her to Kelston based on this. The team were wonderful and by all accounts she had a great time! We got a progress report email during her stay with photos and what she had been up to, as well as a ‘report card’ of her stay when we picked her up. When we picked her up she seemed very relaxed and happy. I cannot recommend Pet Resorts highly enough, they take very good care of the pets and the staff are always so helpful and friendly! On top of all this the pricing is very reasonable and they have a few different locations which is handy no matter where we’ve been traveling! Will definitely use these guys again whenever we go away and need to leave Millie somewhere

We have always been really impressed with the level of care our energetic dog, Marshall receives at PRA Southern Highlands. He always comes back happy and smelling great, and it is great to receive updates while we are away. Would definitely recommend!Thanks also to his carer, Brandon who took such great care of him during his stay.

Ash and her team are fantastic, I have a large reactive puppy and they welcome him with open arms and care for him as if he was there own. Attentive to each dogs individual needs and great communicators

From the moment you book online to the moment you pick up your pet, the whole process is extremely professional and very easy.Yogi is very happy to go into the resort. I love that she is washed before we pick her up - she comes out with her tail wagging, and she smells fresh and clean.We feel that the resort really cares about their pets.I love the report card telling me about her stay and who her best playmate was while she was there.
