I came to Umberto's classes after a 10 year old injury. After each lesson my shoulder and neck so much better. Umberto is very professional and gives every trainer the specific exercise he needs. Highly recommend.

She truly has “the touch”.She is a great massage therapist, who has developed her unique style. Her massage feels like you are cocooned for 90’. She wraps you in her attention, care and touch, and leaves you deeply relaxed from head to toe.She has a delicate and strong touch, that reads your aches and tightness, and wave them away.Her studio is super clean. Her table is most comfortable, and the products she uses (oils) are natural and if good quality.She is also a delightful human being who truly cares about each one of her clients. And I consider myself lucky to have found her.Do yourself a favour, book a massage with Kate whenever you travel to Byron Bay and the area.
