I'm a keen cyclist and regularly have therapeutic massage. I was on holidays for a few days and booked in here and was delighted to find one of the best remedial massages I have ever had. Good service, friendly, helpful, covered by BUPA and HICAPS on site.

I have had a better massage drying myself with a towel,they didn’t seem to care when l voiced my disappointment but quickly took full payment would not go back

Sad thing is they didn’t seem to care anymore, i used to fall asleep in here (that was the level of relaxation) was a very bad massage ☹️

Great foot massage here after long walk, they don’t mind if you have a baby with you. Staff were friendly. Thank you.

They will advertise 10 minutes for $10 for a massage. But cuase it's short and less money for them (most times) money hungry chinese they will say something like how you got a booking or come back after hour later while so much massagers are just sitting doing nothing. If you do get a massage they will talk in they language and just laugh. How rude as this is Australia. Not everyone is dumb in Australia. If I said I want a hour massage I bet it will be please sit down with they fake smile.

Had the unbelievably best massage ever, the masseuse definitely knew what she was doing because I went to a physio prior the same day who did not treat the actual problem areas. Hence, I was desperate for another solution to treat my agonizing pain. My experience was unfortunately ruined by the lack of privacy. You can hear any and every commotion outside and enclosed rooms next to you. But wait, let me tell you THIS.The highlight of it all was when they received a call from a customer who made the entire staff search for a bag they have left behind. One of the male staff even came into the same enclosed section to speak to the female staff massaging me while I was half covered face down. Literally I can hear this male right there while the masseuse replied to him. As they searched for this stupid bag, I literally heard the russel of one of my bags in their provided basket for your personal belongings being searched. Twice. By the male and a separate female. Excuse me??? I did not consent to being walked in on by the rest of the staff, ESPECIALLY having my belongings search. The audacity of the act of these staff literally blew me away.Yes, the massage skills was phenomenal as I have been to many and only a few exceeded my expectations. In the beginning I want to return, though this was one of the best, this was also the worst experience in my life. Thanks, but no.

so lucky this little gem is in the neighbourhood for YEARS! And quality is always so consistent, bought a few different massage machines during the lockdowns, but none of them can compete with the professional human touch.

Stay out of this black hole...Pathetic customer service ...worst massage everMassages are terrible went twice not even worth a cent .Will never recommend this place to anyone dodgy noncertified people doing the job .Lillian ,Ling & Claire terrible service & communication issues .Charged us incorrectly clear case of incorrect practises happening.No accountability ,big communication gap ,staff turnover & dodgy illegal practises to mint more money out of customer .Never ever again.

I had ken who gave me a deep tissue massage, and oh my lord it felt good. He relieved the tension and the knots in my back and legs, he explained as to why my back was so tight and rock solid. And he open the connection between my back and legs which helped my blood flow a lot better. I went around telling my friends and family that I got new back, I honestly couldn’t be happier and I’m definitely going back!

I've been casually coming here for years. It's been a while since my last visit though and the team reminded me very quickly why I preference this place! I'm terrible with names at the best of times, but especially when my mind is up in the clouds after a wonderful massage. I think my massage therapists name was Rainie or Rania? She was so unbelievably attentive to the tension throughout my body. She had great techniques, consistent and firm pressure as I needed. I genuinely felt cared for by how intentional her movements were. I really felt like she was reading my mind at times when I was too tense in my own mind thinking about silly little random things instead of being present in the moment because she would then apply a technique or focus on a particular spot that would allow me to immediately let go and release myself into the massage. I honestly felt a bit emotional afterwards. She was so lovely and I wish I carried cash with me because I wanted to tip her to show my gratitude. Next time!I think I got the '70-minute Zen special oil massage with foot reflexology' which was $100. Absolutely worth it and great value for money!My only feedback would be to clean the sliding door in the room I was in as there was noticeably dark fingers marks. Still a 10/10 experience.
