I bought their top of the range BBQ ($2,500) with plumbed sink etc while our house was being built. After I put it together, I left the plastic coating on to protect it during the construction process. Now we can't remove it! The advice was to remove the protective cover before use. When we went to remove it before use we could not.Actually, this is not the reason you should not buy from this company.The reason why you should not deal with this company is that after some initial contact from them, when their simple solutions did not work they just ghosted me.I notice another review, which said, and I quote, CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE...". I think that sums it up rather accurately.Shop with Bigger Boyz Toys if you're happy with NOT GETTING AFTER SALES SERVICE if there are any problems."

Great range of products on their website. Order a Bull BBQ online, and shipped to Melbourne with no issues. Very happy with the final product. Easy to follow instructions to assemble, and the end result is a wonderful 6-burner gas BBQ. Highly recommend!

I've bought a few things from BBT over the years and always been impressed with service, which continues long after the purchase. Most recently after having issues starting my old BBT mulcher following install of a new carburetor, BBT were great in walking me through the possible causes via phone and email and the starting issue was quickly and simply resolved at no expense.

Hi Bigger Boyz Toyz,Now ignoring customers' emails, wow!It is a shame you are misled in this way and disregard the consumer law that is set out by Fair Trading and ACCC. I had a major fault in such a short period of time of use and you simply ignored me as the customer to rectify the situation. You are not above the law.Your customers should be treated with respect and not given generic reply emails to important concerns especially when it comes to the products you sell suffering major failings in short periods of time.Unfortunately despite your hundreds of successful happy chainsaw owners the occasional one will fail and you should be prepared to handle those situations professionally when they arise.As you know there are plenty of other competitors out there selling what you have.Word of mouth is crucial in the farming community, I will join the list of disappointed BBT customers on Product Review and Google, and expect a follow up from Fair Trading.All this over a $159 chainsaw, something so easy to resolve made so difficult.Hoping you treat your next customer having a problem with something you have sold them with a little more care, compassion and respect.

I have to give these guys a 5 star rating helped us to choose a mulcher, then gave us one as a clearance special will go back for there pizza oven soon

I bought hedge trimmer. Very heavy to use, but look at photo. BBTA tech expert says there is nothing wrong, and when I pay for delivery he will return to me. Why not vote for a great business. Use at your own risk.

I'm very happy with the assistance given to me over the phone by Josh and Belinda.I purchased the 51 cc Post hole digger and very happy with the job it has done so fare, saved time and my back.It's being used in medium hard soil and clay.No complaints from me.Thankyou BBT team.

Great service pre-sales. Prompt delivery to interstate regional Victoria (within 4 days). Machinery easy to assemble (mulcher and log splitter). Both machines worked well.After sales support exceptional as well. I am not an expert, but Rod talked me through the problem I had and after confirming what the remedy would be they immediately sent the replacement part I needed under warranty.Would buy from them again!
