Organised catering for 45 guests and it was fantastic! Laneway Seven were able to provide a mixture of breakfast options (including gluten-free) to cater for all guests and was able to facilitate pick-up request. Will definitely return for future :)

Deliciously tasting ‘Boss Burger’ and chips, and a smooth tasting coffee. The kids burgers were huge and tasty too.

First time visit, the booking online was easy. Area is open and ambience is as expected of industrial warehouse/high ceiling decor style - noise levels were energetic/bustley. It was a little windy due to sitting near the doorway to a busy-ish street side.Menu offerings were interesting, with a number of variations on the traditional Eggs Benedict. Price range is a on the higher side for brunch. We ordered coffee, drinks and three meals which call came at intervals. Coffee and food were average. Personal opinion, the crispy bacon doesn't work very well on a Benedict. My poached eggs were a little undercooked. The Thai mushrooms breakfast dish was delicious.Staff were friendly and repeated asked how our experience was. Not really our local and overall the experience was average.

Great place for breakfast and lunch and a lovely coffee.. awesome staff and friendly.would recommend this place.....Yesterday, on the 25th, we went to Lane 7 for coffee and breakfast as a family..20 of us...the staff were so accommodating for us an amazing ..thank you for looking after us at very short notice...

Had been debating whether to come here or not for a few weeks and I’m so glad I did! I was unsure about what to get between two items and the chef gave me a recommendation and so glad I got the corn fritters! Super delicious, amazing serving for the price, all the flavours work together great. I was so full but kept going cause it was so good! Coffee was amazing too, beautiful service. Even got to try the chefs new home made muffins and so yummy, she’s very kind and helpful. Had such a great experience, definitely recommend

We found this place by chance as the place we originally wanted to visit had a private function.The food came out quick even when there were a lot of customers.Both the croquette and the burger were really filling.

My hubby and I dined at Laneway Seven for breakfast this morning. We are always impressed by the delicious coffees and friendly staff + the meals were prepared quickly and tasty. As a dog friendly cafe too, it ticks all the boxes.

So …… ordered a “pot” of tea and got a half filled cup . Almost had the plate with my food on dropped from a distance . Not a good experience and most certainly will not be returning. Also the menus have no prices , which according to consumer law is illegal. Atrocious place !

Food was delicious, and came out quickly, coffee was strong/good and the service was fantastic. Came with my sisters and our grandmother, who has a very restrictive diet due to digestive illness, and the staff were very happy to accommodate. Recommend!

It could have been a good experience dining at this restaurant until my daughter had a some sort of Food Poisoning (?)/Stomach Flu few hours after eating her food (Scrambled Eggs on Toast with Bacon and Hasbrowns) and Mocca Milkshake. It was her first meal of the day. When we got home, she felt really sick and vomitted several times!When she was eating her food, she was not happy about the Scrambled Eggs as it was very dry (as you can see in the picture), no taste and the colour was light Brownish. Since she was hungry, she did not bother to complain and have it replaced. Our food and drinks were ok except for my daughter's.After this experience, I don't think we will eat again at this restaurant.
