All the staff are friendly, but the service provided by the optician, Sharon Muller, was the highest I have experienced. She gave me a test which no other optician has given to me before. She knew which were the best lenses for my needs, and the results are excellent. The Optical Superstore specials are always good, and I was very happy to only have to pay $1 above the gap in my health benefits for my lovely new pair of specs. Thank you very much Optical Superstore.

HiJust providing feedback on the abysmal service at Brookside store.Arrived well before my alloted time as instructed. Staff were rude, ill prepared and when they could finally locate my booking, left me waiting 15 minutes past appointment with no acknowledgement, explanation or apologyI did not enjoy wasting my time while you sipped coffee at the counter and engaged in banal social gossip
