Absolutely outstanding service from this company. Booking was a breeze, follow up call was made before the end of lease clean & the chance to check over the job before the cleaners left. Would recommend this company to EVERYONE I know and will definitely continue to use their services in future, so pleased - plus bond received back in full :)

Our rental bond cleaner called just before the agreed time to advise they would be 5mins late - could NOT fault their timeliness or communication. They did an excellent and very thorough job. I really appreciated the email at the end of the clean with before and after photos so I didn't have to drive all the way back to my old house. Our real estate did not raise one single concern with us at all and we got our bond back. Neat followed up a few days later to check that everything had gone well. Will definitely use them again.

Edit: I have been contacted by the owner Pete, and by Sarah who have been nothing but sympathetic at the situation & have provided a refund due to the inconvenience caused. I am sure this was a once off and I was just the unlucky one to cop the short end of the stick. I hope my review won't stop people considering this is neat as they did provide a quality clean of my kitchen and bathrooms.I had a really average experience with this is neat cleaning. Not as professional as the picture their reviews seem to paint. Was hoping for a hassle free clean so I could focus on moving into my new place but that did not happen at all.The issues started off with them changing the start time of the clean till later in the day. Then they showed up an hour late to the changed time. Was hard to communicate to the cleaners as they spoke little to no English. They said they would take 6-8 hours to clean so I gave them the apartment key so they could lock up when completed. They finished the job later that night (or so i thought) and locked up the apartment. I received a few before and after photos that night which didn't show a few areas which I thought was odd.The next day I went to inspect the apartment and just as I thought, they forgot to clean the balcony (X2). And that was just the start, they didn't clean inside the wardrobe in the master bedroom. There was wipe streaks all over the balcony windows, dirt in the window tracks and on the window frames, dust still on the door frames and skirting boards. I paid for a full wall wash with sugar soap and unfortunately it looks like that was not done at all either. There is still dust and dirt on the walls. There was dust all around the skirting boards on the carpet in all rooms which makes me wonder if they actually steam cleaned the carpet. I feel like they have done the least amount they could get away with. They rushed the job and most likely didn't know what they had to clean when they arrived.A email and phone call later, they decided to send their main cleaner 2 days later to finish the half assed job. I cant recommend them if you want a hassle free clean. Would have been better off pocketing the $600 and doing it myself. I will most likely have to go back and do a touch over myself before the real-estate agent walks thorough.Unfortunately i cant upload more photos because there are so many more trouble areas.

We booked a moving-out clean with Neat after researching and contacting a number of other cleaning services. The online booking was super easy. The website provides all the details so we know exactly what is included in the service. There is also flexibility to choose a date and time in advance -- most other services require calling back and forth which was very inconvenient.Neat's customer service was excellent. They called up the week before the clean to outline what's needed on the day. Due to some logistics difficulty on our end, they even offered to change the booking time last minute to accommodate. On the day, both the cleaners and the company gave us advance notice before the clean started and when it was about to end. The clean itself was excellent -- I am very picky and found that the cleaners were very thorough (also the bond back guarantee definitely offers some comfort). They even took pictures of before and after, which I thought were quite useful.Overall we highly recommend Neat -- very reliable and easy to work with!

This Is Neat didn't service our area before I reached out to book a clean. I'd heard wonderful things about their service and was impressed by their modern, clear and and easy to use website. This gave me confidence in booking their service that I haven't previously had in arranging an end-of-lease clean.In addition to doing a wonderful job on our apartment, they were flexible in being able to accomodate both our location in Sydney and our availability.The cleaners were professional, prompt, communicated clearly and did a great job on our apartment. It looked better than it did the day we moved in 3 years ago.

These guys are really great. They are transparent with their prices and they get the job done to the standard required by real estate agents. The cleaners who did my last job stayed past 7pm to ensure they got the job done right! I’ve used them 3 times and will use them again. Highly recommend!

Wonderful service, easy online booking, clear and transparent pricing from the start. They sent text updates with time of arrival and finishing, about an hour after finishing I got sent a detailed email with before and after pictures. My real estate could not fault the cleaning and I received my full bond refund 48hrs after the final inspection.Very happy with the service, could not fault!

The service was easy to book and they were very accommodating with our strict deadlines and apartment regulations.The staff were friendly and the service was great. Their booking process is very simple and they also do well at managing the expectations. I have booked end-of-lease cleans previously where every spot on the floor tiles is another drip of pricing added on.The team arrived on time. They lived up to their re-clean policy and worked with my agent to arrange access to the property after I had returned the keys. The office staff I dealt with were helpful and patient.I want to rate them five stars, but I have gone for four because I feel that the thorough attention to detail shown in the re-clean would make more sense to be used on the first one. It can be a stressful time when moving and arranging a re-clean adds to the stress.

Appx 4 weeks before our move, I booked and paid for end of lease cleaning. I received an order confirmation that my service was booked. Now 2 weeks before our move, I received an automated email that my booking has been cancelled. No explanation, no phone call,.no apology. Just a computer generated email. I can't rate the company on their service as I've not experienced it. But I can say, don't expect just because you have them booked that they'll follow through with the actual service.
