Applied for a property through them with someone else going on the lease to, and got a rude call saying we had been declined to rent through their agency and basically got hung up on, even though we have two incomes and good rental history and references!!! Pathetic if you ask me, they should not be allowed to decline people from renting through them. Would not recommend to anyone. The real estate needs to change the way the deal with people in general.

We have been dealing with The Property Group for over 6 years now. Hands down amazing company to care for our properties. They have always pushed to get us the best long term tenants. Great communication skills and always endeavor to discuss any matters that arise; they are so easy to deal with and are on top of everything, from maintenance to house inspections. I had a very positive experience with Property Group, my property manager was Baley Row and he was fantastic and very responsive. The rest of the team especially Adele Henry were also brilliant. They always followed up fast and great communication.

I rented through these guys for two years. From start to finish they were all great, everything was done fast and easy and I always received payment receipts and heard back from them almost instantly anytime I had any questions.Kelly at reception was always very friendly and warm and Taylor my property manger was always friendly and helpful.I was always kept up to date with any changes and was always left a calling card after house inspections.I left the house cleaner then when I got it and had no issues getting my bond back, which happened extremely fast.Any bad reviews on these guys seems to be due to people who have been declined houses (which comes down to home owners) or people who think they’re (rude) which is certainly not the case.Thanks for your service guys.

Worst agent in Moe, Terrible customer service from the office. My rental was originally through a different agent (stockdale and lego) and they were brilliant. But the land lord changed to this mob and they take for ever to get anything done, Never return calls. And the staff are just plain rude. A shame because we love our house but thinking of moving just because we don't want to deal with these guys anymore. I recommend avoiding them if possible.
