We have a wall clock we purchased in Germany many years ago that has traveled back and forth between Germany and the United States a number of times. Even with all that traveling, it kept great time for all those years until finally, the clock movement simply ticked its last.I searched on-line for exact match for the movement to no avail and thought we would have to find another clock. However, that's when I found Clock Movement Importers or CMI and subsequently, Mr. Jeff Beaman.While Jeff didn't have the exact movement previously used, he did have the latest version of that model which he sent immediately via the Australian Post. A couple of weeks later I received notice that the shipment arrived in the USA as promised. Then, it promptly disappeared.After checking with the postal agencies here in Florida, I contacted Jeff to inform him it seemed to have never trulyarrived. Jeff promised to make it right in short order if it couldn't be located.Two days after it went missing from a guarded postal storage area, it mysteriously showed back up, no worse for wear. I contacted Jeff immediately to let him know the good news and to thank him for such great service!We cannot recommend this company enough for its professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile!

Rather than getting a new wall clock, I had the movement replaced here for a fraction of the price. Great service, job was done while I waited. Follow up service when the second hand was sticking was outstanding! I'll be taking my two antique clocks here as well!

Excellent service from this business and did a top job on servicing/restoring my Dutch Zandam Wall clock. Had to get some parts from The Netherlands, but Jeff kept me updated and communicated everything so as to make sure I knew everything i needed to know. Rod and Jeff are so helpful. I made five grandfather clocks for my five adult kids and purchased the mechanisms from CMI. Rod and Jeff answered all my questions and helped me with the setup of the movements. I highly recommend them for their expert advise and friendly service.

Don't sell parts only repairs on whole clocks.
