Nano was very quick to respond and clear with his diagnosis. Input jack repair (telecaster) was done quickly and was very affordable. Definitely will be taking guitars to him in the future.

I left my Ibanez PGM with Nano to service and reinstall the Floyd Rose bridge. I was quoted $65 for a restring and clean and setup, and the install would be quoted later.I started to get alarm bells when Nano asks me if the guitar is a right or left handed guitar. Someone who does this for a profession should at the very least know the difference between a left and right handed guitar!When I get the guitar back the string heights were very uneven. The A and B string were sitting 1.5mm above the other strings. Also I gave him a set of 9-42 strings to put on the guitar. He gave it back with 11-52 (Which is WAY too heavy for my playing). When I questioned about the guage of strings he was adimit that they were 9-42's (I think I know the guage of strings I play, Ive only been playing for over 25 years). And when I questioned him about the string heights, he blamed it on the bridge and that I needed shims. He just put the saddles on in the wrong order (opposite to the radius of the neck), but continued to blame the bridge and that I needed shims to fix this. It was a working and very playable bridge, Nano just has little knowledge of the Floyd Rose system. I really should have just done the job myself in the first place.To top all that off I was overcharged. When it was time to pay, he charged $75 instead of the quoted $65. Charged for polishing the frets ( I did not ask for this).I have screenshots of all the messages and pictures of the shotty work that was done to my Ibanez PGM. Nano has asked if he can restring the guitar and look at the bridge again, but to be honest... I would not let him touch any of my equipment again.I do not recommend his services at all.Nano has tried to buy this negative review back. I can guarantee this is the reason there aren't many negative reviews on his page, as he pays people off to take them down. I did take this down for a short period, but believe it is not right that a review is 'bought' and a fair representation of his services be posted here! I emplore anyone else who has had a bad experience here not let Nano pay you off and let it be known

Great work, friendly service and competitive price. Nano did an excellent job setting up my Schecter and the guitar felt, sounded and looked great. I highly recommend and I will definitely be back.Thanks Nano, you legend!
