Speedy delivery, well packaged products and great range of products. Best of all though was the customer care. Whenever I communicated with staff via emails or phone calls to check on availability and make other queries about products, the staff were always so helpful and prompt.

I ordered some taps from these guys. Taps were really great, but the customer service was what stood out. Super quick delivery, good support and pride in thier business.I've had some bad experiences with other online shops during my reno (eg the Tap Warehouse) so it was nice to deal with a company like this.

Terrible service for B2B. Left us in-operatable for months waiting on a specialised lock we ordered in just to be told the lock doesn’t exist. When we were given a replacement we could “cut” down we never received it. The original invoice was wrong amount too.

These guys are fantastic! I initially went into the big name stores to source my bathroom supplies and got utterly frustrated and annoyed at stock not being in store, pushy sales techniques and apparent items on sale that were infact not on sale. I then googled the items I wanted and found The Blue Space which changed my whole perspective on buying online. Normally I am hesitant however thus far I have had nothing but success using this company, they price match, they arrange for prompt delivery and they have excellent customer service not to mention a very user friendly portal to save quotes/purchases. Will recommend this company to my friends and colleagues for future purchases.

I have had several deliveries and their service and process has been great. Also the service through Toll was amazing as well.Had a slight hiccup with an out of stock item that I attempted to cancel and get refunded that was shipped due to delays with communication.I had a telephone call from Sonia who could not appologise enough and sorted out the issue.Would happily use them again.

We picked Blue Space because of their price and quality. We have a very large kitchen space and I have very high standards for the kitchen I wanted to install. We talked to many well know kitchen companies, but went with Blue Space in the end based on price and the attention to our project. The quality and the design is excellent. We are very happy. We would use them again.

Can't recommend these guys enough. This is my second time ordering. Melanie and the rest of the team have been fantastic. Especially when I'm changing my orders and asking for additional items. I can also confirm they have great prices and if you are ordering a lot of items they will do an itemised quote and a bulk discount. Great products, service and prices. You can lose! Thanks team.
