We can’t fault Woollies. Clean and tidy. Friendly staff. A bit pricey though but you get what you pay for. The fresh deli is also worth it. Verity of salads. Ham leg for slow cooking if also worth it. Over all experience is that it is worth it.

The checkout operator wasn't listening to my requests as she was talking to an staff member about something she should have taken more interest in customer service I spent over 30$ and requested the Lego brick's she couldn't even listen to me and I had to come back as I thought she had put it in my groceries no too busy talking to the staff member very disappointing customer service

Saw a pig of a lady doing straight to your boot shopping, cough and then pick up fruit and veg. Also there is generally more food on trollies waiting to put on the shelf than there is actually on the shelves. Then it takes 2 hours to get severed. I'm glad I cant afford to eat anymore.

I had a Terrible customer experience here today, rude older woman server on the service desk till making up lies about system issues with the everyday rewards points not scanning through phones on any of the tills in the whole store. It must have just been her till - which I suggested they have a tech look at as I was having a terrible customer service experience. I then cancelled the sale and went to the self serve area and was able to use my phone to collect the points without any issues. Maybe some training for your staff on how to not be rude to customers and a tech to fix the issue of collecting reward points using a phone on that till and whichever other tills don’t work. I’ll be shopping at coles from now on.

They were on time and selected all my items for direct to boot. I have a high vehicle so couldn't get into lower carport so they bought groceries to loading dock. Wonderful customer service!

Like any big chain supermarket, here for your money with average variety !!! Self service checkouts are very small but if you like to rub shoulders with random people it's great.
