Rude! Lady called in to confirm my appointment. In 3 minutes of rude conversation (mostly one sided), firstly she couldn't read the clearly scanned request form by doctor. While I was trying to answer her questions she was quite repulsive to even hear out.Show some empathy for people - they are not using the facility for fun.

Look like booking time doesn’t matter. I have been waiting for 45 mins, until i asked one of the receptionist, he made a call. After 1 min, finally somebody come and take me in.They take your paperwork then forgot it.Plenty of patients come after me but they all done and go.Hope you have a better solution to avoid this situation.

Had terrific service here, staff were polite and helpful. Came for a dental x-ray and they were not busy so amazingly all completed 9 minutes after I walked in this time. Other times can be a wait when busy and the waiting room is rather Spartan.

Very efficient.Booked an appointment on the phone. I gave them my referral from my dentist and they were also able to squeeze in my referral from my doctor.The staff are friendly, especially the young man doing the x-rays. They clean the machines after every use, so it's very sanitary.They send the results on the same day as well and it only took me 35 minutes in there because there weren't that many people.

My wife had tried to book an ultrasound and due to bensons being busy we had to wait 5 weeks. Then during the scan the Radiologist comments we should have come in earlier when we have been waiting weeks? We would have loved to come in earlierNow today we had to rebook a new ultrasound and due to having to wait so long for the initial ultrasound it’s looking like we are going to miss the next one as we just can’t get in,Main reason for the 2 stars is the attitude we received from the radiologist and her comments advising us it’s our fault.

Fantastic customer service. I called desperately needing to book an ultrasound after trying several places with no luck. The receptionist, Yalda was able to move around some appointments to fit me in. I am beyond grateful! Thank you!
