V8 Hand Carwash

Paid for a premium wash and after they left all my car mats in the boot saying they were too busy to place it back. Very POOR service!!! So many spots they missed and to top it off, they said if you come back next time we will give you a discount. I AM NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE. 1 start does not justify your poor service.

3 different occasions times the guy handed me keys to someone else's car. Today he brought me keys , I told him it wasn't my car then gave me keys to yet another car.

If I could give negative stars I would. Fortunately for them they receive a 1 star from me. The service was terrible. I paid $90 to get my ute cleaned and polished with contamination removed. They gave my ute a wash and vacuum but didn't polish the contamination. Unfortunately I paid before they said they were finished. I asked how come there is still contamination and they said that's the best they can do and that they will remove it next time I come. I told them if this is the service they provide there won't be a next time. Very disappointed that I had already paid them for a very expensive wash and polish that was advertised but I didn't receive. I DO NOT recommend these clowns.

I will give one star Their service is terrible. Every time I bring my car to clean in here stain everywhere and not clean inside!!very upsetting.

Absolute waste of money! Got charged $180 for an inside only detail to come home and have to vacume, clean the windows myself and the centre console was filthy!! Would not recommend to anyone and would give zero stars if I could!!

Avoid, Avoid V8 care wash Carans Hill. My wife took her car there today, a median sized hatch back.She sent me a pic of the service board, I told her to go ahead with $220 Detail, They charged her $250 ( 4wd price ) ripped her off. Also, they left un-buffed polish in patches on the car. When driving into the sun there is smears all over the windscreen.Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Overall they did a great job! Customer service was also good, he listened to what I wanted and made sure it was all done. Price was fair and same as advertised.

Don't go here they try to rip you off.I pulled up and asked how long till I can get in ?The staff replyed 30min.After I parked and got out to give them the keys and ask for the $50.00 dollar cleaning the said it would cost $65.00 ......I told them no I would like the $50.00 service as posted on the sign and they got upset and told me it would take at least 2 hours or more before I could get in,Sunday at 330pmI had my 3 year old son with me and could not wait that long .On top of that they made me move my Ute after they told me to park in that spot with a 30min wait time .Lesson learned and I will avoid this service.

Obliging and friendly and car always left clean inside/outside after a wash. Sure they have accents and less English proficiency, that doesn’t affect the quality of their work

Just had my car washed and polished & inside detailed. I'm so disappointed with the result or should I say lack of resuItShould of got 5yrs old grandson to do it cause would of got a better result.When I pointed out all the dirty marks he said its cause the car is very old (2008). Carpets still got grass ect on them windows still have hand & finger marks & no tyre black or Armoil used anywhere. I feel totally cheated. Dont mind paying a bit extra if your going to get a good job done. TOTALLY UNEXCEPTABLE. NEVER AGAIN
