Numala Forest Retreat

The Calm and Connect retreat was a sublime experience. A beautiful day to relax and restore. I felt amazing after it. Highly recommend!

This was one of the most relaxing and awakening experiences I’ve ever had. The day was perfectly organised, the food was delicious, I got a lot out of the self reflection journal, the meditation and the restorative poses, everything was just absolute bliss; I can’t wait to go back again. A big thank you to Rachel and her team for such a magical day ❤️

Such a beautiful place. It really does feel like you have escaped even though it is only 10mins from the highway! Everyone I dealt with was welcoming and nurturing. Only having been once, I know I will be back and would definitely recommend.

Wonderful yoga and wellness retreat. Very spiritual place, lovely safe place to meditate. All staff are friendly and helpful.

From the moment I walked into Numala Forest Retreat i felt a sense of calm. As this was my first restorative experience I was unsure what to expect, but all the staff were welcoming, informative and very helpful. I enjoyed every minute and left feeling calm, relaxed, and refreshed. A beautiful nutritious morning tea and lunch was provided and was enjoyed in the tranquil surroundings. I will definitely be back.

Numala is a place with tranquility and positive energy that offers a variety of relaxation and de- stress opportunities! I have attended numerous events: regular yoga, soundbath healing, retreats and restorative yoga and R.A.R.E programm. Numala is very Professional and the props used are very clean and professional and neat!Restorative yoga is amazing to get out of the rat race and give yourself time out to ground yourself and give your inner wellbeing a rest.The R.A.R.E programm is a must do for people with chslkenges that psychologists strughle to resolve . Its about releasing emotional blickages, it’s hard to face some personal struggles, my experience is: after every storm there is a rainbow and sunshine- worth to weather the unconfortable feelings and emotions to feel the relief and release after- a weight off the heart and shoulders. I can highly recommend Numala Forest Retreat and Karen who offers the programm!!!
