I love the instructors here and feel so comfortable. They are so welcoming, helpful and generous. All equipment is top quality. I have never made a better decision than when I signed up for Phoenix.

Such an incredibly supportive and diverse bunch of women. 1 year in, learnt some awesome tricks and made great friends, plus it's the only exercise ive ever kept up for more than a month.

Absolutely love my time at the studio, with the instructors and the second family. I'm happy and comfortable in my skin now. Fit and confident. Thank you guys. And reasonably priced!!! xx

Elements has become such a positive change for me! I get all the exercise I need and I find I use so many more muscles and I’m becoming fitter by the minute. Elements is such a positive environment and all the wonderful women there have become a second family to me. If you’re looking to try something new, get some exercise and create a bunch of friendships, Elements Pole and Aerial Fitness is the place for you!

Went to the first corse and was ok. Moved up in the class and had a major injury in pulling a groin muscle. I ended up with swelling and bruising and had to take 2 week's time off to recover. I explained that to the owner and all she was worried about was the 2 week's payment i missed. She wasn't very understanding or compassionate more so very money driven . Overall i won't be recommending it to anyone!!!

I paid for the full course for pole & after the 1st class, I knew I couldn't complete the course. Upper body strength & then my health took a sudden unexpected dive (I'm over 60, it happens).I messaged the owner, she said my strength would improve (@45mins once a week, not likely) then she ignored all my attempts to communicate by text & through messenger then she BLOCKED ME for having the audacity to ask for a PARTIAL REFUND. She doesn't care that legally I'm entitled to receive a refund & I will now be forced to take her to court for a lousy couple of hundred dollars. Disgraceful behavior from a business owner but more to the point, what kind of person thinks they're entitled to keep $ for a service, they won't be providing me & I'm not going to be in any position for quite some time to do this class. I have advised the owner, Christine, of this but as she has blocked my name/ number, not much chance of her seeing reason. Nice enough woman I had thought but her focus appears to be getting your money, then you, the client is of no value to her. Sad, so i cannot recommend this studio AT ALL. AVOID AVOID AVOID.At time of writing she still owes me a partial refund & still refuses to communicate so I will be forced to take her to court for something I am legally entitled to. How ridiculous & pathetic.

My daughter attended the circus and aerial acrobatics workshop today an it was phenomenal! Extremely reasonably priced for such a great fun session. She learned heaps and was so proud of what she learned!
