Beaurepaires for Tyres Keysborough

Had shaking steering wheel. Felt it was the wheels needed balance. took the car there. They said the job was small as the wheels were not too much out. so they did not charge me. But they also did not try to work out where was the problem. So they said if it still shakes should be something else. That's it. I wastes a whole day and $50 uber cost.

Mum went there and guy was very helpful even though English was a second language for mum. Mum said he was nice and honest. I’ve been there before last time I changed my tyres too and they are good guys and service was good. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.Explains why they got a good google rating.

It is with no regret giving this store a one star, never have I met a rude staff like I have experienced today, even a 16yo maccers worker is more educated and well mannered. Called in for a price and stock check on a battery I needed after wife's car wouldn't start in the heat with kids, unfortunately with all proofs of call log and they weren't able to honour what came out of their mouth. 15mins later I found the exact same battery I needed at a cheaper for $199, While RudeRepairs wanted $250, I tipped the salesman $20 for saving my wife and kids from the heat.I'm happy that I was dealing with this situation, my blood would boil if my wife or love ones had to deal with it. First time and will be last time visiting this joint. I'm a businessman and will never recommend anyone to this company.

An absolute pleasure to deal with Beaurepaire Keysborough , Lachlan and his team member who made my experience hassle free and I am very happy with my car. Just went to this store after a puncture. RACV put enough air in my tyre to get here, I rang before coming to see if they could plug the tyre, they said yes. I turn up and there is a not so friendly obese man and and old dude no cars in the garage no work being done, big boy gives me a dirty look as I approached, I explained the situation and showed him where the puncture was and he says no your whole tyre needs replacing...What? It's a 2 year old car the tyres are fine I just need the nail removed and the tubeless tyre plugged. Obviously The guy tried to rip me off. He then refused to plug it and walked off.Absolutely avoid this place at all costs disgusting attitudes and customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I went to this beaurepairs some time ago and was served by a horrible person by the name of Lance, (possibly a fake name). He was a quite a big guy in his 40s maybe a bit older. He had no social skills and is a horrible person. I took my car in one hour b4 closing to change 2 tyres. He of the bat recommends me to come tomorrow saying they are about to close. HOW RIDICULOUS, as if it takes 1 hour to change tyres. He then completes the job with no smile on his face and without acknowledging or speaking to my father and I. Horrible, horrible service, I’m not sure if this was racially motivated but the service was horrendous. I would highly recommend beaurepairs to hire different management of even franchise these stores as this disgusting man has obviously been treating customer like this for some time. Best believe I’ll be taking my business else where.

Used to be good. Horrible service- just stares at you when you walk in without a word. Asked a simple question about a tyre to check their expertise and he gave me the wrong information. Won't be returning.

Put 4 new tyres on mothers car today although job done ok . 2 blokes on duty no smile no greeting up arriving had to ask about Tyre maintenance program. Just not a good customer service vibe.Dunlop Tyres are great though ..

Our company use these guys a lot, and for good reason. They really know their stuff and will actually go out of their way to make sure you save money. Here you’re going to get the kind of customer service that we are all looking for.Personally, they have helped me out of a jam. I had a flat and the spare was cactus too. They got straight to it and fixed the puncture while I waited.Can’t recommend enough!!
