We listed the job on hipages and Michael answered promptly and made the effort to come to our place to provide a proper and fair quote for the job (when house visits where permitted). Michael was open throughout the job when we were forced to make changes, did not charge us extra for unexpected works and was able to use his network to have some corollary work completed. The floors have come up really well and we would recommend to others

Buyer Beware!!! I hired Absolutely Flawless Floorz in January 2019 to grind back our garage floor, fill the cracks and apply an Epoxy finish. We have been left with unfilled cracks all over the floor, deep gouges from the spike shoes they wore, roller marks, a broom bristle embedded in the epoxy, uneven disbursement of the paint flakes, corners and edges of the concrete unpainted, only 1 coat of the grey based Epoxy applied instead of 2 and a clear sealer that started lifting immediately, as it was not suitable for garage floors and hot tires. We were faced with lie after lie from them and I was even threatened. Save yourself the hassle and stress and use a reputable, professional business instead of Michael Sofranko and Absolutely Flawless Floorz.

Michael (owner of Absolutely Flawless Floorz ) has no idea how to do concrete flooring. He’ll tell you want you want to hear to get the job. He promised it would be done in 8 days, it’s been 4 weeks & it’s still not complete. I’ve had to move out of my home & hire some else which has now cost me triple the amount. Extremely poor workmanship, incorrect & cheap products used.Every room looks different in color, texture & finish.... Appalling!I asked Michael for concrete, instead he used epoxy over floorboards rather than removing them as originally quoted & grinding the concrete underneath. He also painted over floor tiles rather than removing them which is peeling off! He’s all about shortcuts! He’s damaged my walls, doors, skirting & left my floors a complete mess. He dosen’t have the experience or knowledge to be doing home flooring. He blames everything on anything he can from moisture, to the product but will not take responsibility for his incompetent work.I would not recommend his service to anyone. Save yourself the hassle, time & money and look for a reputable experienced company. Absolutely flawless Floorz is the worst trade I have ever dealt with!!

When other companies quoted they said this couldn’t be done, Michael and his team was able to do it beyond my expectations and completed in a timely manner for a fair price.

Michael did a superb job on my garage floor and transformed it completely from a dirty painted concrete to a beautiful epoxy flake finish. Definitely would recommend and will have him do my interior floors next! Check out my before and after photos!

We engaged abolutely flawless floorz to polish our concrete area. Mike came and quoted the job, he came across as though he knew what he was doing and that the job would be amazing. he then began to polish the floors. The job was looking good and we patiently waited for the end result. My husband agreed to pay on finish, Once completed the job was sealed and appeared as though it had a shiny finish however within 3 days patches of light white spots of al sizes started to appear all over the floor, the concrete was dull and aged looking, their were scratches from the machine everywhere the edges were rough and sharp (they looked hideous). We tried to contact him numerous time’s over a 3 months period, he never answered to texts or calls. Then my husband rang him on repeat one night until he had to answer. His response was surprised and shocked at the information, he agreed to come and have a look (after much anticipation). Surprisingly he came and when he did he continued to blame everything he possibly could, it was moisture, the sealers was incorrect, the way the concrete was layed and poured was incorrect. Anything he could think of. My husband told him to fix it and do it again. We then had to move all furniture out of the room to the back yard and tarped up, he started the job however he then damaged numerous parts of our property, he reversed his truck onto our front pavers and broke 2 of them, ( he continued to make comments to me about my husband and how he was to blame for him being back doing the job.). He didn’t protect any of the existing home such as the skirts, walls etc. he ruined my custom made glass sliding doors with his machine and wet concrete every where, he bashed all the skirting boards with his machine and left black marks all over the paint job, and he bashed his machine into my my new stair case and ruined the floor board. When he finished it appeared as though it was shiny then again he left. Within hours it was back to dull and scratches, with permanent foot prints marks from i assume his shoes (imprinted in the concrete permanently) and not sealed in fact it was worse then before. He even told my husband that it was up to him if he wanted it seal or not (he should know how to finish it not leave it up to us) We have tried to contact him again but have had no luck. We have Another concrete polishing company come out and they have done a small section And it is like glass.Be aware. Do not use this guy. He does not know what he is doing, and has no customer service skills. He has not only left our floor looking terrible he has damaged our new renovation. And has no intention on resolving the problem but rather has disappeared. As you can imagine polished concrete is not cheap and now we have to pay twice to have the floors fixed!
