I’ve been a member here at trainstation for over 3 years and went to other gyms beforehand but trainstation is unlike any other gym I’ve been too. Ladies only section is great especially for those starting out.

Standard gym but the staff have BAD communication/management skills. I was overcharged 2 weeks of gym fees past my cancellation date (due to their new 'system' implementation - that's a them problem, not mine) and I still haven't been paid yet.I was asked to call their new financial systems provider and their financial systems provider wasn't satisfied and wanted the gym's approval and Train Station gym wanted the financial provider's assistance for my refund THROUGH ME. It was a never ending loop. Why should a customer bear the burden of their system change and have to do all the communication on behalf of them? They should have been calling their own financial system provider and sorting this issue out. The gym is lucky it was only 2 weeks of over payment they took from me and I moved elsewhere or I would have made this into a legal matter since I never received a refund till date.In a few words: APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Some of their staff are incompetent and rude. I could hear their staff talking trash about me while I was still on the phone since I was calling them multiple times to sort out this issue and get my refund.Seems like they really don't care about customers once you are no longer a member. Do not recommend you join this gym and it's a shame since the facility is nice but some of their staff are just terrible.

Forget the smell in the toilet. Can you fix the lights . It been more than a month and it's not safe to use equipments in the dark .

I’ve been at this gym for over 4 years now and honestly it has gone so downhill. As much as I love the idea of this gym half the time the water tap is out of order, aircons and fans not working properly if at all, and theres bad smell near the toilets, and broken equipment. Other clients have complained of these issues recently as well and the owner doesn’t fix it, poor management overall.
