Turf Green - Brisbane Artificial Grass, Turf & Landscaping

Turfgreen was friendly and professional every step of the way. The men who came to lay the turf were friendly and polite. The area was kept exceptionally clean between the two days the job spanned. The final product looks amazing. Wish we had done it sooner. Highly recommend.

It was an absolute delight to watch the transformation of our front yard and patio. It looks fantastic now. Jack and his buddy from Turf Green did a fantastic job. It is quite evident from their work that they are perfectionist.We will be making sweet memories with our bub in the little beautiful space you have made for us.

Highly recommend this business to anyone who wants functional, professional, competitively priced synthetic grass, installed. Very impressed with the end result and although rain increased the install time by one day, they did a great job and was well worth waiting for. Looks and feels great underfoot. We used Turf Green for the outdoor area of our Bar in Birkdale. After 2 years of very high foot traffic and daily deliveries and furniture being dragged across it / I’m pleased to say it stay looks like it did the day they laid it.They were an absolute pleasure to work with and would use them again in a heart beat.

The 5 stars goes to the installer team - Jack, Lucas, Matt and Brad. They had a number of challenges that they encountered at my job. They were all well mannered, hard working and left the property better than they found it.When engaging with the Geoff the owner he was approachable, upfront and honest about the service expectations.Thank you

For the most part the guys at Turfgreen were perfectly fine. The product is really good & the physical installation team were legends.The issue came when the installation was set for a Friday at 10:30am.After taking the day off work, at 10:45am, I was called and it was explained that they had figured they could book another job in prior to mine that day. However, they now couldn’t complete it on time so they would not be coming to my job at all today. They called later that afternoon & rescheduled for Tuesday.The job was stated to take 4 hours. It took 6.When you sign the contract with turfgreen they send you a lengthy terms sheet. One particular point is “the customer must ensure no interference delays Turf Greens ability to install. Any extra charges arising from a delay will result in costs being added to the total price”.When questioned if they would provide any form of discount, given I had taken a day off work, the response from Lachlan (12 days later & only after I had replied to a request from their account department for the invoice to be paid) was “there is no discount available. We hope you are enjoying your putting green”The bottom line is; they are happy to pass on cost when it affects them & unwilling to do the same when they overextend themselves & can’t meet agreements.
