I visited this dental practice after having not been to a dentist in 4 years. Dr Shiromani Singh was very thorough, kind and caring, and did an excellent job to complete two of the three awkwardly located fillings I required. Looking forward to returning in two weeks time to have the third one completed. I would highly recommend this dental practice. The support staff are also very friendly and enhance the whole dental experience.

Dr Chen and her assistant were extremely gentle, she's very knowledgeable and and having a crown fitted was actually a nice experience. The facilities we're state of the art and the receptionists can hold a great conversation,keep up the good work ladies!!

Love the team at Karalee Family Dental. The staff were great with my three kids going over all the tools they were using and what each one did. They were gentle and put their minds at ease, it was a great visit overall.Further to this visit, I had also booked in for a wisdom tooth extraction. I was given all the potential costs and information on issues that could arise and what it all meant upfront at the time of booking. Overall, the tooth was out in around 15 mins and the team did a great job with little pain and what feels to be a good recovery.I am very happy we have found a dentist that puts the patient first and help with anxiety and nerves.The shopping plaza has ample parking out front of the dentist and toilets close by.

A lifetime of dental visits and sensitive teeth made me very wary of dental checkups. Have been treated by Dr Gilbert Chen for some time now, and his professionalism, caring manner, empathy and gentle manner, always help to calm any anxious feelings. The staff on reception are always kind, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. Am more than happy to recommend, and already have done so, more than once. Grateful thanks to all.

I accidentally arrived an hour early to my appointment the lady gave me a form to fill out so I didn’t have to when I came back and told me to leave it on the table in the reception. I left and came back 40 minutes later and my form with all my private information was still sitting there for anyone who came in to see. I saw the male dentist he was actually really nice and softly spoken

For the first time in my life I am not nervous about going to the dentist. The entire experience is first class. Never before have I had pain free dental work and everything is explained in full. The work to be done can be projected onto an overhead TV. The surgery itself is comfortable and spacious with the latest equipment. Even their costs are reasonable. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this facility.

If your looking for someone who provides excellent dental work, good fees & most of all - a dentist who cares about you & your smile then this is the clinic!!!....I went in to see Dr Quinn Vu for an extraction, nervous & unsure but she delivered my teeth in no time and I was super surprised how quick and pain free it was... Post-op was advised and I recovered well. Awesome staff too, they even rang me a few days after to see how I was going....Definitely going back!!

What a fantastic caring dental clinic.I have been going to them for years.My wife is terrified of Dentist Chair, I think she had a poor experience when she was young.This place takes care of her so well she is very comfortable in their care now.What a great practice.

Very professional dental practice. Staff and the dentist were exceptional and showed respect and kindess to me. As a patient, I thoroughly enjoyed the reception that I was given. The practice itself was newly renovated and was in a pristine condition. I very much enjoyed the visit, and I am certain I will be back here again. I recommend this practice to anyone who has yet to find a dental practice that will ensure and deliver both professionalism and utmost care.
