Stay away from this store.My 14yold daughter went into the store, tested a make up tester then the owner stopped her from leaving the store and made her pay for the item and did not give her a receipt of payment. He accused her of opening the item, my daughter called me so upset, I went to the store, the owner refused to show me camera vision of her removing the packaging. Bullied a 14yold girl and intimidated her to pay for an item she did not open.

if i could rate less than 1 star i would. Jayda made us feel like criminals tailing us around the shop for 10 minutes as we browsed the makeup. while making our purchases she ran over to the counter and informed us we had to buy a can of body spray after we’d spritzed it to smell it. really terrible customer service, an overall awful experience, please do better Jayda !ps after reading previous reviews complaining of the same issue, it should be noted that i am a woman of colour and the other (white) people in the store were not being trailed. disappointing.

I have been to this store several times and every single time I was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. All the pharmacy staff were lovely. They make sure you are looked after and all your questions answered. The store is always stocked with the latest items and the Dispensary staff are just amazing. I have truely never encountered such knowledgeable and caring pharmacists like the ones here. I would highly recommend Priceline Greensborough plaza any day!

Love LOVE this pharmacy! I know I am in good hands when I see my pharmacist caring about my health and well-being. The manager, Mohamad, is just phenomenal. He practises in a way that definitely upholds the standards of the profession, and always goes above and beyond for his patients/customers.

Most horrible experience here…I just went shopping with two of my POC friends and got followed by every staff member in the store in every aisle we walked through. Very disappointing to see racial profiling in 2023. It was quite obvious they weren’t trying to help as we said we were just having a browse, there were other people in the store but yet every staff member was surrounding US at one point there wasn’t anyone behind the registers because she came over to watch us. I dont think it’s very professional to leave half your store unattended just to follow around a few girls of colour? I also want to add that when my friends left because they felt so uncomfortable the staff members went back to what they were doing and the lady went back to the registerYou’re clearly not attending to every customer when every staff member in the store is surrounding/only attending to the only coloured girls in the store who already stated they didn’t need help.

not sure why you need 3 staff straightening up lipstick in the same aisle as two black after we denied help and were just having a look around

Amazing and very helpful staff. Store looks great and fully stocked with very competitive prices. Highly recommended.

This is the best pharmacy I have ever been to. It is a very neat and organised pharmacy. The pharmacists were so helpful. The customer service here is amazing and I was quickly assisted when needing some help with an item. The workers here are very nice, and overall I had a very nice time visiting Priceline Pharmacy Greensborough!
