Enzo at ASR was nothing short of fantastic. His friendly professional manner coupled with his extensive knowledge of the industry and product options was amazing and we are extremely happy with the quality of work and the products he installed. He has offered continual support after the completion of the job and stuck to his word after a minor issue occurred (due to user error not the installer) when our place experienced a power outage. He was willing to call after hours and fix the problem within minutes. I recommend Enzo at ASR and can guarantee you will not be disappointed with his work and customer service. 5 stars without a doubt!!

I installed a CCTV and intercom system. Enzo is very knowledgable, offered expert advice and listened to our specific needs. He executed his job professionally, installed all the apps into our mobile phones for outdoor monitoring. He took the time to explain the app functionality. The apps notifications work perfectly as intended for outdoor monitoring which makes us feel safe when we're away from home. We just love our new systems that Enzo installed. I am a repeat client of Enzo's. There is a very good reason Enzo and ASR Security Services consistently get 5 star reviews. He has the best technical knowledge, ability to get the job done and is a genuinely lovely person. My CCTV went down and I spent 2 days reading the manual to fix the problem. Next time I won't bother reading the manual as it took Enzo 5 minutes to fix the issue along with a smile. Thanks again Enzo!

We spoke to Enzo about a security system told him what we had been looking at, he gave us recommendations on what he thought would be the best solution, on the day of install he consulted with us through the whole process about best camera placement to get the best coverage and we could not be happier. Enzo was fantastic to deal with. Had a break in and he was able to come out the day after and give a quote (other companies didn't even pick up the phone). Took a walk around the house and knew exactly the requirements. Best thing is that he is always available for ongoing help as well. Would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone looking for a security system.
