If you are looking for someone to help with your shopping experience, don't expect to find an employee anytime soon. The customer service here has been seriously lacking for many years, possibly due to under-staffing. I have had many frustrating visits to this store.

It's getting better as they are changing the layout and shuffling the brands , introducing new ones. I hope they will get better with women clothing section. It feels like so much clutter. And it's hard to find variety of clothes in women section.

It's like a maze when get into the store, I searched the website for what I wanted and all in stock and multiple options, but when I got to the store it was like a labrynth with little to no support from staff who only take care of their little boutique brand sections only and just say im not from this section". Couldn't find 1 from the 10 things I saw online. Good If you want to just shop on impulse and don't have something really specific in mind."

As with every Myers store, this place has a wide range of clothes and of exceptional quality. I do wish they'd price match with other outlets, usually it's cheaper to purchase online vs in-store.

I know this will take too long to write, but I have to, because I’m really hurt!Couple of days ago, I picked up different things and went a head to the sunglasses and bought a Burbbery one. I decided to pay for everything there with sunglasses. There was a bag which was on clearance among my things that I bought and the lady didn’t tell me that I can’t return a clearance item.After couple of days (today), I went to return the bag because it was for my daughter and she didn’t like it. The lady at the bag and shoes section, who introduced her self as the manager of that section, she was so provocative! She was just giving me a smile while I was trying to explain the situation to her and just repeating the same sentence:“sorry we can’t return or exchange a clearance item”!I started to became so angry ( I admit that!) because of her cold smile!After my insistence, she told me: “ok I can let you change it for another thing, crab what you want to exchange”. I asked her to get a store credit so I can use it another day, she refused! Then my daughter asked me to just try to find something else today, I agreed, then my daughter thanked her. I looked at my daughter and asked her; thank you for what? Here the “manager “ told me “ok I changed my mind and I’m not going to exchange it for you”OMG! Here I started to loose my temper, as if she owns the store and she can alter the rules the she wants!!!I decided to speak to the head of the customer service, he was a very polite and professional gentleman who helped me to return the bag with two lovely ladies at the Manchester’s section (Julie and Karen) and they explained that for next time I have to put in mind that I can’t return or exchange any clearance items.I was so sad because I never been to such a situation and because I had the worst shopping experience at my favourite store.So, please stop hiring people who destroy your reputation!

I needed a party dress and was amazed at the variety and quality they have at Myers. I ended up with a dress from Review. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The lady at Reviews ( Vanessa) was so helpful. I will definitely go back there. The only thing that I thought could be done better is cleaning the dust at the changing rooms. They were so dusty.

Unsuccessfully attempted to use my credit card points to purchase an outfit from Myer for click and collect over a 5 day period. Tried to buy a merino wool top, at first purchase is successful then it gets declined a few days later with a refund. Tried to purchase a long sleeve shirt instead, same thing happens. Approved initially then declined with a refund a few days later. Based on my above experience, I don't think click and collect is worth the hassle. Just go to the store directly. I hope Myer can get their inventory system straightened out.

Went to menswear & womens clothing. Wanted to try on chino pants in menswear, approached assistant who was talking to a friend, asked where change rooms were, he pointed and was heading with us but suddenly turned around & chased his friend who had walked away, forget the customer. Not impressed, the lack of service & clothes everywhere was disappointing. In womens wear my wife tried on a couple of fleece tops, when she picked one off rack, multiple price tags & a security tag fell out of pocket. It was obvious someone had removed them & probably took what they were off without paying. Searched for assistant to notify them, she attended & thanked us. It's not surprising things get stolen when cloths are left all over the place. Even when I went to change room to try chinos, rooms were full of clothes that had been tried on. I won't be returning to this store for anything. I've been to Miranda store & they couldn't be more helpful & the store tidier.
