My experience with Jeremy has been exceptional and I would highly recommend Property Legal Services. Jeremy helped me with an off plan purchase of our first home. We came across some complications with financing and a potential on sale, however Jeremy has been fantastic at guiding and advising us through this process - that was completely new to us.In addition, Jeremy was able to save us some money on late fees that we incurred due to delays in financing and settlement by identifying loopholes in the vendor’s notice to complete.The communication was always very prompt and we were able to get everything done online without any problems after the restrictions came in.We will definitely work with Jeremy again should we sell or buy again in the future.

Jeremy has acted for us both selling and buying property. He is very knowledgeable , organised and helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Can’t rate him highly enough and wouldn’t consider using anyone else . As an added bonus his fees are very reasonable as well.

We enlisted Jeremy's help at short notice when we'd found a property we really wanted to quickly make an offer on. He was so incredibly helpful and accommodating, patiently listening to all our questions and responding promptly, even at times that must have been inconvenient for him. We eventually found our property and the whole process went through smoothly, and this was largely down to him.
