From start to finish excellent, was so accommodating to get our screens quoted super fast and on time and on budget really recommend these guys. Everyone has been suffering with supplier shortages and backlogs with the current situation and they still provided excellent installation and service.

Very happy with the precision, quality and professionalism of this company. We had a very specific custom mirror made and installed with cutouts for tapware to go through and it’s spot on. Highly recommend and was very happy with the friendly service.

Terrible service and screen door very bad quality. Have left 3 messages for follow up on quality of door fitted to be repaired or replaced no one has returned my calls. Delivery was also delayed twice and I was not notified the first time. I paid 2 months in advance and this is service I get.

Nepean Glass and Screens thank you for giving me the worst customer experience ever, boy what a chore it was to give a ballpark quote. As it is said in business the initial phone call with a company wins or loses business it was all way too hard for him. Wouldn’t bother with them, plenty of competition out there, going elsewhere. Atrocious!

The folks at Nepean Glass and Screens fitted a new shower door as part of my bathroom renovation. Fantastic service. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Excellent service and result to supply and fit a new shower screen to a set up outside a simple fit! Some bigger screen companies were not keen due to needing a bit more than simple installation. These guys went out of their way to accommodate our issues. Fit and finish is excellent and no doubt Justin spent more time than normal in assuring all went in perfectly. Professional effort!!
