Amazing timely service from Michael and Tyler. They arrived on the same day that I made my call.. Gave me a sms 15 minutes before arrival. Great communication.A respectful and professional team to have at home, they cleaned up really well and the quote for future work was explained and accurate.. The problem I had was explained and solved 100% with ease.I recommend and now know who to call for plumbing work..

Rang the mobile number and was advised he could attend the next day in the afternoon. He advised me to SMS him my address which I did immediately after the call. The next day he did not show nor give me the courtesy of advising he couldn't make it. I sent an SMS to his number asking whether he was still coming and no reply. I live some distance from my rental property and I engaged Michael, who is local to my rental property, to undertake some works. From start to finish, Michael handled the job so professionally and with excellent communication. He was prompt to provide a quote and the works were also carried out promptly. As it was inconvenient for me to visit the property to see the works that were done, he provided photographs of the work completed and necessary diagrams for town planning purposes. It was a refreshing experience and I highly recommend his services.

Had a burst water heater and immediately called Dormic in panic. Michael was fantastic! He knew exactly the issue I was describing and after a few straightforward questions, he was able purchase a the right tank for me and came and installed everything professionally. What stood out the most was his friendly, attentive and honest character. His quote was fair too, which is something I look for when deciding on a plumber. Many thanks!

Roof and guttering replacement. Michael was very professional and friendly and communicated well. There were leakages in the roof and skylight. They replaced the tin roof, guttering and skylight, and cleaned up after completion. The job was done to a very high standard at a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to call on Dormic Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Dormic Group and Dormic Plumbing are a regular contractor I use for commercial purposes. They are continually used because of their honesty, integrity and ability to get work done. Michael and his team deliver great results continually, definitely reccomend!!

The guys were prompt, quick, polite. That's about it.They left a box of tool bits behind. They also didn't seal off the gas like I'd have expected after disconnecting my oven, considering I'm remodelling the kitchen and working around the pipe. I call about both things. I also text.No reply to either time. I have to chase them.They come back to collect their stuff and seal off the pipe properly. They leave.A few hours later I noticed my hammer was missing. Brand new, $50 bucks. This is over a week ago. And I'm in the middle of renos.I try to pay their invoice, but my bank won't let me. I call them to let them know. I also ask if they 'accidentally' took my hammer. They have no answer for either and need to come back to me regarding both queries.Nothing.A week later, after purchasing a new hammer - after assuming I've somehow lost it - I get an email informing me I'm past due date on their invoice.So I reply I have never heard back from them regarding their account details or my hammer.At close of business, Michael calls back. No one else is having issues with his bank, it must be me. Also, they DO have my hammer. Accidentally picked up. No worries as they'll return it promptly.As I said this is a week ago and I still haven't had it returned to me.They come chasing for their payment. We get into a heated argument about the issue and my hammer. How can they walk off with my property from my house over a week ago and mot immediately go out of their way to return it? They accuse me of trying to avoid paying their invoice, and basically call me a liar.I call my bank. Turns out their bank is lagging in a pay system update which means my bank does not recognise their banking details any longer. Not my fault. I organise another payment method.I still don't have my hammer back, I'm out of pocket for a replacement and I've been called a liar.Would I recommend Dormic? Absolutely not. Firstly, unless they own an identical hammer to mine, how to they mistake it for their own? That's dodgy af to me. I don't walk into someone's home and just pick up their Nikes and leave with them because I too own Nikes.But if I did make that error, I would drive over THAT SAME DAY and promptly return them. They've made me wait over a week because they're busy". You know what? We're all busy

Michael was very responsive and was able to complete the work with such short notice. The report was thorough and helped me understand the issues. I look forward to using Dormic Group again.

Gas hot water system bit the dust and the boys from Dormic had it quoted, replaced and going again same day. Very appreciative of the service, no hot water was a bummer! Friendly team, excellent communication and easy invoicing.Will be using their services again.

What are so happy with the service we received from the Geelong Drains - Dormic Plumbing. Michael did a fantastic job and can’t thank him enough for such professional service and for doing what other plumbing companies couldn’t. If I ever have a drain issue again, I’ll be straight on the phone to Geelong Drains. Don’t waste time and money looking around, they really are the experts.
