Highlights: Poor value for money, NOT dedicated agistment facility. Pandemic Relevant: Unscientific paranoid COVID policy that may keep you from seeing your horse for months (last topic below)This is someone's home, and they happen to have arenas and extra paddocks. While this isn't a problem per-se, it is advertised as an agistment facility and you're paying agistment facility prices! For $185/week, your horse will be fed and you will have access to two well-kept uncovered arenas. She gets the 2 stars for this. Apparently she will also do rugging for you, but my horse isn't rugged so I don't know how that goes. But, realistically, this is all you get for your money.There is no manure management plan in place; it is left to sit in the paddock to be harrowed" into the ground later on. There's no point to picking it yourself
