Absolute atrocious treatment towards myself, my personal property, a complete disaster. My wishes were not adhered to, complete disregard for nostalgic items, even though office and floor staff new of my very, fair wishes, Ron Maynard

Avoid this place, my partner was in a very bad car accident (mental heath issues) and this guy was at me to get the car towed by them. I was absolute emotional reck, shaking not knowing how bad my partner was and even when the police was talking to me he was at me. So I just said I don't care that's the least of my worries. So yes I signed off on it just to get him off my back. And then to top it off I went in to pay the bill and it was $1200 something and I said I can't pay that my insurance will be as we had comprehensive and roadside. I rang my insurance to make sure they got the bill and yep they only charged them $700 so $500 difference. What a joke so please avoid using this business.

Amazing customer service, going above and beyond. Insurance tow needed and I needed to get back to the car (locally)I was picked up and dropped home by the tow truck driver to save having to get an Uber to meet the driver at my carCan not fault the towing side of this business

During the flooded roads season my car became bogged, I was pregnant & very stressed. Tove & Brodie came to assist in getting me out, it was a quick easy job so no charge and they did the job quickly & made sure I was okay before leaving. Really lovely guys

i had to get my car towed from a mechanics to home after it was found to be unfixable.my garage is an ancient (probably original to the house) single car garage that bends slightly as you drive into it. difficult to back into with a working car, bloody difficult with a dead in the water car.I think his name was Brendan, the towtruck driver, apparently fresh in the job by a few weeks, but he absolutely killed it. it was atight squeeze in every direction but he did it with ease. i was so so impressed and thankful, i did not want to keep my car on the road.thank You so much for your services, cannot be more impressed and appreciative.

Prompt pickup of my damaged vehicle, great communication and support, assessment of the damage and report to insurance company was comprehensive.

Really efficient towing service. The overturned wreckage of my car was retrieved and towed from a remote section of the C142 near Steiglitz back to their site in Ballarat no more than 24 hours later. I also appreciated the care demonstrated by the towing team in the handling of my car given the many loose glass fragments on the windscreen, and ensuring all my belongings remained intact as is. Thanks guys!

Nick towed my car after I had a flat, unfortunately I didn’t have a spare and couldn’t find one anywhere in Ballarat due to the Easter holidays.Nick used his contacts to get me 2 tires to get me home, and helped me change them, in his own time.Best bloke
