My dog is 15 years old and has never been groomed before. He hates water and wouldn’t let me brush him.They were very gentle with him, and he looked very different, but very happy when he came back

Amazing store!Large variety of small pets and supplies, dog grooming; pet services; holiday specials.I needed 2 muzzles and not only was it a good price, we were served by friendly staff who fitted them with a smile.Great for a stop when travelling with pets.It’s how pet stores used to be before “pet stock” ,”pet barn” etc. came along with overpriced, unhelpful and rude stores that are larger than need to be and don’t stock a lot of pets.

Had my toy Poodle groomed today and she came back looking beautiful.A wonderful job by the groomers I will certainly be back and my dog came back happy as well she was obviously treated well.

I got a rabbit from pet palace and she is amazing. I don't live in Hamilton so every time we go there or drive through Hamilton I always make sure we stop there. If there is one bad thing I think they should make the cages a bit larger but otherwise it a great pet store.
